Project187 is a global, youth led think tank dedicated to empowering young voices in international discourse and policymaking. We are committed to bridging the gap between emerging youth perspectives and established global policy, fostering a new generation of informed, articulate leaders.
Our mission is built on two core pillars:
-
High Level Research and Policy Analysis
Our Editorial Board produces rigorous research papers, policy analyses, and academic resources focused on global crises, current affairs, and pressing international issues. These materials are specifically designed to support the competitive debate and political communities, providing debaters, researchers, and policymakers with high-quality, evidence-based content to drive informed and impactful discussions.
-
Youth Empowerment and Publication Platform
We offer exclusive, structured training to our interns, equipping them with advanced research, writing, and critical thinking skills. Selected interns are then given a meaningful platform to raise their voices on global issues through professionally published articles on our Instagram page and official website, amplifying youth perspectives in public discourse.
We are seeking dedicated, high performing individuals architects, not passengers to join our Executive Board. These are operational leadership roles that demand strategic vision, consistent execution, and measurable results. If you are looking for a passive role, a title without substantive contribution, or a mere CV addition, this opportunity is not for you.
Merit Based Leadership Pathway
The Chief Coordinator (Vice President) position is the highest operational leadership role within Project187.
We are currently recruiting exclusively for Directorate-level positions. The Chief Coordinator role will be awarded to the highest-performing Director following a structured probationary period. This is a genuine opportunity to prove your leadership through exceptional performance and earn the organization’s Number 2 position purely on merit.
